Becker QEV Series

The Quick Exhaust valve is utilized in conjunction with primary control instrumentation to provide quicker response for high speed applications. When a quick response is required from the primary control instrumentation, the Quick exhaust valve dumps gas from the pressurized actuator at a High volume in order to stroke the control valve rapidly.

• All Becker HPP Series Positioners
• Note that the Quick Exhaust Valve is typically not utilized with Becker Electro-pneumatic positioners due to limited stroking speed of HPP-E Series positioners.

• The QE Series Quick Exhaust Valve provides increased stroking speed when applications require. The Quick Exhaust valve unloads the exhausting side of the control valve actuator via a large Cv exhaust port.
